clear March night –
coyote’s call
startles visitor
clear March night –
coyote’s call
startles visitor
No story today, but an extra haiku for the week:
crow moon –
home again after
grandmother’s funeral
outbreak
Twitter feed filled
with tornado warnings
cold night –
wispy cloud
veils Venus
new log on the fire –
only then do I see
the ants
typo
gives me grace
rather than grave
morning commute –
purple clouds rise
opposite the sun
I somehow missed this earlier in the month in my Twitter feeds, but way back on January 6, tinywords published a haiku I had submitted. The haiku debuted here on August 17, 2010.
Tinywords is edited by the well-known poet Dylan Tweney, whose wise words I have posted here previously.
Yay, me!
